BUILDING.

By purchasing a pedal enclosure or service from Rogue Rehousing, you agree to the following terms:

1. I understand that rehousing my pedal will in all likelihood void my warranty with the original pedal manufacturer.
   
   

2. I understand that rehousing of the pedal may introduce modifications that make your pedal unable to be returned to stock condition. 

3. I understand that all UV prints unless specified otherwise are printed on the face of the pedal only.

4. I agree to not falsely advertise pedal as an original OEM limited edition and will specify this as a RR recase or RR rehouse of said pedal if reselling. 

5. I understand RR reserves the rights to deny any design that may be offensive, or infringes on a trademark (some pedal manufacturers may take issue with a reprinted logo).

6. I understand that certain creative liberties may be taken with any rehouse in the effort to make the rehouse more reliable, and to maintain the RR brand. This means certain components such as power jacks, I/O jacks and switches may be swapped out for easier to install panel mounted versions during the rehouse.

7. Rogue Rehousing does not officially offer a warranty for work completed, however we always work out an agreeable solution if a hardware issue arises resulting from the rehouse. 

8. Rogue Rehousing does not claim ownership or rights to any graphics that replicate the original work of someone else. Any and all replication of original graphics will accompany the original product.

(Essentially, we will not rehouse a non-original pedal clone with graphics suggesting it is the original pedal. We also will fully comply with any pedal manufacturer requesting we do not rehouse their pedals.)

CANCELLATION.

1. I understand that pedal rehouses are non-refundable and non-returnable after the build is completed.

2. I understand that if I choose to cancel my order, my pedal will be returned in the original condition it was received.
   
   

3. If it has already been modified to the point where it cannot be returned to stock, then I understand it has surpassed the refund window.
   
   

4. I understand that there may be refund deductions based on already used time and materials, and/or for reassembly/returning it to the original condition (this is up to 25% deduction based on how complete the project was at the time of refund).
